- The Marwan Ayman on this site is the full-stack developer based in Cairo, Egypt, who studied Computer Science at Helwan University (2019–2023), worked as a full-stack developer at QSM Agency (Quad Marketing Solutions) from 2023 to 2026, publishes code as marwanayman128 on GitHub, and built the Alemmi Network trading platform, the UK ETA application portal and the SouqSoft marketplace. - What do you build?
- Custom business systems, Next.js web applications, e-commerce stores, client portals, REST/GraphQL backends, and n8n / API automations. I also build Shopify themes and WordPress sites when that is the right tool.
- Where are you based and do you work remotely?
- I am based in Cairo, Egypt (UTC+2) and work fully remotely with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK, Germany, Australia and the US. I overlap with European hours fully and with US East Coast mornings.
- Do you speak Arabic and English?
- Yes, both natively enough to run projects, write documentation and build right-to-left Arabic interfaces.
- How much do you charge?
- Fixed-price quotes for scoped projects. As a guide: landing pages from $600, Next.js marketing sites from $1,500, e-commerce from $3,000, custom systems and portals from $5,000, automation workflows from $300. Hourly work is available for retainers.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Landing pages 1–2 weeks, business websites 2–4 weeks, e-commerce 4–8 weeks, custom systems 6–12 weeks. You get a milestone plan before work starts.
- What is your process?
- Discovery call → written scope and quote → design or wireframes → weekly builds you can click through → testing → launch → 30 days of free fixes → optional maintenance.
- Which technologies do you use?
- Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Stripe, PayPal, n8n, OpenAI/Claude APIs, Laravel and PHP where needed, React Native and Flutter for mobile, Shopify Liquid and WordPress for content sites.
- Can you take over a project another developer started?
- Yes. I start with a paid code audit (1–3 days) that lists risks and a fix plan, then continue development or hand you the report.
- Do you offer maintenance and support after launch?
- Yes. Monthly retainers cover updates, monitoring, backups, security patches and small features.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Full source code, repository access and documentation are transferred on final payment.
- How do I start?

- Can you integrate AI into my website or workflow?
- Yes. Chatbots over your own documents (RAG), AI classification of leads and emails, automatic content drafts, and AI steps inside n8n workflows using the OpenAI or Claude API.
- Do you build mobile apps?
- Yes, cross-platform apps with React Native / Expo or Flutter, usually sharing the same backend as the web app.
- Do you sign NDAs and contracts?
- Yes. Every project runs on a written agreement with scope, milestones, payment schedule and IP transfer. NDAs are signed before discovery when requested.
Next.js Development
- How long does a Next.js MVP take?
- A focused MVP with auth, a database, 5–8 screens and payments usually takes 3–6 weeks. A marketing site with a CMS takes 1–3 weeks.
- Do you work with an existing Next.js codebase?
- Yes. I audit the codebase first, then fix performance, TypeScript errors, App Router migration issues and SEO problems before adding features.
SaaS & MVP Development
- How long does a SaaS MVP take?
- Three to six weeks for one core workflow with authentication, a database, billing and an admin view. Anything a real user has not yet asked for is deliberately deferred to phase two.
- Do you take equity instead of payment?
- No. Fixed-price contract work only, which keeps the incentives simple and means you own the code outright on final payment.
- What happens after the MVP launches?
- Thirty days of free fixes, then either a phase-two build priced from what real usage showed, or a monthly retainer covering updates, monitoring and small features.
Front-End Development
- Can you work from a Figma file only?
- Yes. A Figma file with the main screens is enough to scope and quote. I can also design missing screens in the same style.
Backend & API Development
- Which database do you recommend?
- PostgreSQL for almost everything. It handles relational data, JSON and full-text search well, and hosts cheaply on Neon, Supabase or a VPS.
Business Automation with n8n & APIs
- n8n or Zapier?
- Zapier is faster to start; n8n is cheaper at volume, can be self-hosted for privacy, and handles complex branching and custom code. Above roughly 2,000 tasks a month, n8n usually wins.
- What can be automated in a small business?
- Lead intake and CRM entry, appointment reminders, quote and invoice generation, order status emails, social posting, weekly reports, and document extraction from PDFs and emails.
Custom Business Systems
- How much does a custom business system cost?
- Small internal tools start around $2,000–$5,000. Multi-role platforms with payments and reporting typically run $6,000–$20,000 depending on scope. You receive a fixed quote after discovery.
E-commerce Development
- Custom store or Shopify?
- Shopify if you sell standard products and want the fastest launch. Custom Next.js if you need unusual checkout logic, tight integration with your own system, or lower long-term fees.
Client Portal & Dashboard Development
- Can the portal connect to my existing tools?
- Yes. Common integrations are Stripe or PayPal for invoices, Google Drive for files, Slack or WhatsApp for notifications, and n8n for anything custom.
