How payment works
- Fixed price agreed after a written scope, not before it
- Split across milestones, typically 40 per cent to start and the balance on delivery of each milestone
- Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or Stripe, invoiced in USD, EUR or GBP
- Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before they are built, never billed afterwards
- Thirty days of free fixes after launch for anything that does not work as scoped
- Source code, repository access and documentation transfer on final payment
Questions about packages
- When does the delivery clock start?
- When the brief is approved and the content (text, logo, images or product list) is in hand. Delivery times are working days.
- What if I need something outside the package?
- Add-ons are priced on this page. Anything else is quoted in writing before it is built, never billed afterwards.
- Do I own the website or app?
- Yes. Code, repository, hosting and domain accounts are in your name, and everything transfers on final payment.
- How do I pay for a package?
- Half to start and half on launch for packages under $1,000; three milestones for the Store Launch and MVP Sprint. Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or Stripe.
