Published ranges, not "contact us for a quote". Every project is quoted at a fixed price after a written scope, and the range you land in depends on the factors listed further down.

| Factor | Effect on the quote |
|---|---|
| Number of distinct user roles | The largest single driver. Each role adds its own screens, permissions and test cases. Three roles cost more than three extra pages. |
| Integrations with systems you already run | A documented API adds days. An undocumented legacy system, or one that must stay the source of truth, adds weeks. |
| Whether designs exist | A complete Figma file removes design time entirely. No designs means design is part of the quote. |
| Bilingual and right-to-left | Planned from the start it adds roughly ten to fifteen per cent. Added afterwards it can add half again. |
| Data migration from an old system | Priced separately once the old data has been inspected, because quality varies far more than volume. |
| Deadline pressure | A compressed timeline that displaces other work carries a premium. A flexible one sometimes earns a discount. |
A studio in London or New York carries an office, a sales team and account management, and those costs sit inside every invoice. An independent contractor in Cairo carries none of them. The difference in the invoice is overhead, not experience, and the work is delivered by the same person you had the first call with.
If an existing product covers most of your workflow and the remainder is not what makes you money, buying that product and automating around it costs less than anything on this page. That advice is given for free on the discovery call, including when it means there is no project.
A free thirty-minute call, then a written scope with milestones and a fixed price.
